A few days ago I received my first major shipment of fair trade silk scarves from Vietnam. I had previously ordered a mini shipment of scarves a few months ago to test out this fair trade organisation. Luckily I did the test run, because the scarf colours that they sent to me were "lost in translation" and totally wrong. You learn by experience, and this time when I placed the order I sent them the specific Pantone colours. All but one set of the silk scarf colours is right. They will shortly be put up on my online store at www.underthetamarindtree.com.au.
The scarves are beautiful to look at, light weight, colourful, silky, luxurious and look fabulous in a display. I am selling them in Fuscia, turquoise, medium and light pink, purple, apple green, orange and silver.
